From an Industrial Foam Factory to Patient Mattresses
Chiao Fu (Thailand) has been manufacturing polyurethane foam for the automotive, furniture, and mattress industries for decades. We know how each foam formula and density differs in load-bearing capacity and rebound. We also noticed that many anti-bedsore mattresses on the market use foam that collapses quickly or rely heavily on air pumps and electricity.
2 Years of Practical Testing with Patients
Therefore, we collaborated with the Association of Persons with Physical Disabilities of Thailand to test the mattresses with real patients within the association, including those with bedsores, bedridden patients, scoliosis patients, spinal cord injury patients, and people with other disabilities for 2 years (2022–2023, and still in use today). We continuously adjusted the foam structure and cover based on actual usage results until we developed the Fuise High Density Memory Foam mattress. It has been highly certified by the President of the Association of Persons with Physical Disabilities of Thailand as effectively reducing back pain and distributing pressure.
The Name Fuise
Fuise is a health product brand of the Chiao Fu Group, operating under the concept of "Pressure Relief Life Style": living without having to endure pressure, whether lying down or sitting.
